Fractional CMO and CBM Group Founder Colleen Burns learned early on in her career how encouragement, support, and a positive attitude can inspire people to enthusiastically confront challenges and offer their very best performance.
Over the past 20 years Colleen has been involved in the Reach Out and Read Program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and regional organizations supporting healthcare growth and innovation such as Life Sciences PA, Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT), and the Pennovation Center at UPenn. She is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and a longtime board member for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), serving as Global Chair for HBA’s flagship mentoring program for future women leaders across North America and Europe.
